She has commercialized products across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including those in chronic and rare disorder categories. As a Canadian and global brand manager for Plavix®, she drove the global market development strategy, branding, and value story communication plan for the Top 6 markets, EU, Intercontinental and Asia Pacific regions. With the evolution of government and private sector regulatory changes in reimbursement, she has held leadership roles in multiple organizations to elevate the priority of patient access and the development of an integrated strategic approach with stakeholder engagement, health economics, real world data, pricing and contracting. Pamela has served as Chair of the Market Access Working Group at BIOTECanada and Co-Chair of Joint HTA Committee at Innovative Medicines Canada to lead industry efforts to advocate for efficient, consistent health technology assessment and pricing policies to support the value of the innovation for patients and society. In her various positions, she has been based in Toronto, Montreal and Paris. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.
Daniel Rivard, Director Manufacturing
Daniel has worked in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors for the past 20 years, first as production director than as general manager for STERIS Canada Corporation, word leader in washing, decomtamination and sterilization equipment.

During these years, production capacity was more than doubled throught the introduction of lean principles and the construction of a state of art plant. He then joined Orthofab, designer of powered wheelchairs and devices for mobility impaired customers as vice president market development leading the diversification of the business. Back in the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with GlaxoSmithKline as technical services director, leading the expansion of plant capacity with two new filling lines. He was also responsible for risk management process and business continuity plan. He then joined TSO3, an innovator in sterilization of endoscope to lead the introduction in production of the new FDA approved sterilizer. He now has a consulting firms helping businesses increase productivity, profitability, review cost structures, deploy quality systems.Prior to these work experiences, he worked in roles of operations manager, quality manager, engineering supervisor, design engineer with Bombardier, St-Lawrence Cement and Manac. Keven Beauregard, Director Finance & Administration
Keven joined B-TEMIA in February 2016. He has more than 8 years of experience in administration, finance and leadership roles and have a strong experience in audit and in operational accounting. Before joining B-TEMIA, he was auditor for multiple public and private companies in a large accounting firm.
